Kraft Heinz asked Parcours Learning to redesign their Design to Print e-learning into a modern and engaging learning experience. As the learning producer, I led the concept, structure and production to make a complex process clear and accessible. The result was an interactive module that supported over a thousand marketing employees across forty countries.

Problem :
The mission was to completely redesign their existing e-learning module into a modern, engaging learning experience. The focus of this course was on building awareness and understanding of the "Design to Print" processes, a critical area for the company.
Solution :
“Unlock the magic behind the label. Discover the secrets of flawless design-to-print execution." Our goal was to engage employees through the Design to Print process by letting them experience the magic of it. It's a complex process, but much of it is automated. By following a few key steps, your design will successfully finish as a label on the product.
Challenge :
The main challenge was creating a single training that worked for all employees worldwide. We had to translate the complex Design to Print process into a clear, culturally neutral and accessible learning experience that felt relevant for both new and experienced marketing teams across more than forty countries.
